  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 150g onion, finely chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves, chopped
  • 2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 600g chopped tinned tomatoes
  • 2 tbsp tomato puree
  • 4 tbsp honey
  • 3 tbsp white wine vinegar
  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tsp mustard
  • 50g cheese, grated (optional)
