KIMCHI-STYLE SLAW

  • 4 tbsp low fat mayonnaise
  • 1 lime, zest and juice
  • 1-2 tsp sriracha hot chilli sauce or 1 tsp chilli powder
  • 1 tsp grated ginger
  • 300g white cabbage, finely shredded
  • 120g carrot, finely grated
  • 100g radish, coarsely grated
  • 4 spring onions, finely shredded
  • Ground black pepper

TO SERVE

  • 10 burger buns, warmed
  • 150g shredded iceberg lettuce
  • 50g sweet chilli sauce
