Having only worked in foodservice for just over two years, I love the diversity of the channel. No day is ever the same, with new challenges to face all the time. I love getting to meet so many different people across various roles within the channel and the energy and passion everyone in the foodservice world shares is great.
I love working for Quorn because I strongly believe in the company’s mission, values and objectives. There is nothing better than working for a company where you can take pride and truly believe in what you do.
I particularly enjoy Quorn Mince and Quorn Fillets because they are so versatile and easy to cook with and are great for absorbing flavour.
My favourite recipe is from our Spring Summer 2018 recipe book: Quorn Spicy Green Jalapeno Flatbreads. They’re bursting with delicious flavours and the mint yoghurt dressing really complements the heat you get from the spicy jalapeno mince.
