Ingredients
- 10 Quorn Sausage Patties
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 10 mini omelettes
- 10 English muffins, sliced in half
- 10 cheese slices
Method
- Preheat the oven to 200C/Gas Mark 6.
- Heat omelettes according to pack instructions or make fresh.
- Brush the Quorn Sausage Patties with a little oil and oven bake for 6–7 minutes until core temperature is reached.
- Toast the muffins and top one half with a slice of cheese, a Quorn Sausage Pattie and an omelette, before placing the other half of the muffin on top. Serve warm.
Tip - Wrap the muffins in greaseproof squares and keep warm in a hot cupboard prior to service.
