Festive Burger
A succulent Quorn Burger served in a soft bun with sage & onion stuffing, topped with a spoonful of cranberry sauce.
Ingredients
- 10 Quorn Burgers
- 200g sage and onion stuffing mix
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 100g cranberry sauce
- 10 burger buns
Method
- Pre heat the oven to 180°C / Gas Mark 4.
- Make up the stuffing mix according to pack instructions, spread onto a greased baking tray and cook as directed on the pack.
- Place the Quorn Burgers onto a baking tray, brush with the oil and bake for 10 - 12 minutes or until core temperature is reached.
- Fill each burger bun with a Quorn Burger, divide the stuffing mix between the burgers and top with a spoonful of cranberry sauce.
Tip - serve with roasted parsnip wedges.
