Cheese Burger
Quorn Burger with Cheddar cheese, served in a bun with griddled corn on the cob & crispy baked sweet potato fries.
Ingredients
- 10 Quorn Burgers
- 800g sweet potato fries
- 15g butter, melted
- 10 corn on the cob
- 10 burger buns
- 100g lettuce leaves
- 200g tomatoes, sliced
- 10 cheese slices, low fat
Method
- Cook the sweet potato fries as directed on the pack.
- Cook the Quorn Burgers as directed on the pack.
- Brush the sweetcorn with the melted butter and place under a hot grill until turning golden brown.
- To serve, place the lettuce on the base of each bun, add a slice of tomato, followed by a slice of cheese and top with the Quorn Burger.
- Serve with the sweet potato fries and the corn on the cob.
Tip – try serving with a salad and sweet potato wedges.
