American-style Hot Dog

Quorn Hot Dog in a bun topped with Heinz Ketchup & American mustard.

10 Quorn Frankfurters
10 finger hotdog buns
2 tbsp tomato ketchup
2 tbsp American-style mustard

Method

Place the Quorn Frankfurters into boiling water or a steamer for 15 minutes or until core temperature is reached.
Spilt the buns across the top and place a frankfurter into each bun.
Pipe ketchup and mustard over the top of each Quorn Frankfurter.

Tip - add sautéed onions or load the hotdog with a Quorn chilli topped with a little cheese or fresh coriander.
