American-style Hot Dog
Quorn Hot Dog in a bun topped with Heinz Ketchup & American mustard.
Ingredients
- 10 Quorn Frankfurters
- 10 finger hotdog buns
- 2 tbsp tomato ketchup
- 2 tbsp American-style mustard
Method
- Place the Quorn Frankfurters into boiling water or a steamer for 15 minutes or until core temperature is reached.
- Spilt the buns across the top and place a frankfurter into each bun.
- Pipe ketchup and mustard over the top of each Quorn Frankfurter.
Tip - add sautéed onions or load the hotdog with a Quorn chilli topped with a little cheese or fresh coriander.
