University College Birmingham Students Cook Up A Storm

Quorn® have been supporting University College Birmingham for several years. This year our fantastic Home Economists presented to the Food and Nutrition degree students and set them the challenge to develop a recipe suitable for primary school children using Quorn.

The winning dish was Rainbow Pasta Bake – an amazing bright red beetroot pasta bake using Quorn Mince topped with wholemeal breadcrumbs and cheese.
