For 30 years I have believed in our fantastic brand and products and that we would make a significant contribution to society.

What do you love most about your role?

The diversity of the role is what gives me the biggest buzz (that and winning obviously). One day I can be talking to school children about health and nutrition and the next discussing CSR objectives with FTSE100 clients.

What do you love most about working for Quorn?

For 30 years I have believed in our fantastic brand and products and that we would make a significant contribution to society. Every day now we learn just how big an impact Quorn is having to individuals and businesses. It is very humbling to know that we are really making a difference to people’s lives in a positive way.

What’s your favourite Quorn Foodservice product and why?

The sausage pattie personally, just a delicious eat! The mince is our biggest success and the one I always encourage people to try, giving people their favourite dishes like lasagne, chilli, bolognaise, but healthier than the meat alternative and kinder to the planet – always a winner.

What’s your favourite recipe from the recipe inspiration books and why?

Quorn Japanese Katsu Curry is my favourite of the newer dishes, but my go-to-recipe is a really rich bolognaise!
