What do you love most about your role?

I love that I have a fantastic team with the drive and passion to make a real difference to the planet and the health of our consumers. I am very privileged and look forward to continuing to work with them to drive more growth for us and our trade partners in the years ahead.  

What do you love most about working for Quorn?

I never would have imagined that the world of meat free would be exciting. However, when you are working for a business which is driving genuine change in sustainability and health, is investing in the long-term future, is not only the market leader but also growing in a growing category, and has a fantastic pipeline of innovation, there is every reason to be excited.  

What’s your favourite Quorn Foodservice product and why?

Quorn Southern Fried Bites, because they taste great, but you carry none of the guilt you’d usually feel with that sort of food.  

What’s your favourite recipe from the recipe inspiration books and why?

Quorn Japanese Katsu Curry; I love Japanese food, I love curry, I love Quorn!
