I absolutely love my job as a home economist with Quorn because it's so varied. On any day I could be working alongside a top chef, styling food for photography, presenting a range of dishes to catering managers, working with school children on healthy eating projects, or making Quorn canapés for an event. I am as enthusiastic now as I was 20 years ago!
I love the fact that Quorn is unique. No matter where you go or who you talk to, people have an opinion of Quorn - it’s so satisfying to change someone’s perception of Quorn if they are reluctant to try it! I'm also very proud of my wonderful, dedicated team of home economists.
It has to be Quorn Pieces and Quorn Mince because they are our core products and SO versatile!
Definitely the Quorn Japanese Katsu Curry (but only at the time of writing this, as there will soon be other favourites!) because the sauce is delicious, and people can't believe the Southern Fried Bites aren't chicken!
