The range of accounts and contacts keeps me on my toes - working with big chains to independent pubs, from ferries to airlines and theme parks - variety is the spice of life.
Quorn is the way forward. I feel that we are at the start of a food revolution as people are starting to realise the true cost of meat and its production from a health, planet and commercial perspective.
I love the Quorn Southern Fried Bites coated in sweet chilli sauce. And I can’t resist the Quorn Foodservice Cottage Pie with its cheesy mash.
