Having only worked in foodservice for a short space of time, I have learnt so much in a role which brings new challenges every week and where no day is ever the same. The role is so diverse; one day I could be supporting Local Authorities with sampling sessions in the kitchen and the next I could be presenting to a room full of people!
Quorn are proactively combatting the two biggest issues presenting the world today; obesity and climate change. I love that I can play a role in supporting Quorn’s mission.
If I had to choose one it would be the Southern Fried Bites. They are simply delicious!
