My favourite thing about my role is working alongside customers - educating them on our brand and products, getting them to try our great tasting food and recipes, and even managing to win those over who were previously not sure about Quorn! I also love how fast-paced the foodservice industry is, and how no two days in the role are ever the same.
I have been a fan of Quorn since the age of 13 after my mum brought some Quorn Pieces home when I told her I was giving up meat. A decade later, I feel proud to be able to work for a company whose products I am passionate about, and a company that is working hard to make a genuine difference to the planet.
My favourite product has to be the new Ultimate Vegan Burger. It looks and tastes amazing and is so easy and quick to cook with!
I absolutely love Katsu Curry, so I am going to have to say the Vegan Katsu Curry made with our Vegan Nuggets. I had never thought of doing it with the Nuggets before I joined Quorn, and it’s an interesting new twist.
