Ingredients
- 50 Quorn Dippers or Quorn Vegan Nuggets
- 150ml BBQ sauce
- 150ml sweet chilli sauce
GARLIC AND HERB DIP
- 75ml sour cream
- 75ml low fat mayonnaise
- 1 tsp garlic puree
- 1 tbsp finely chopped parsley
Method
- Preheat the oven to 200C/Gas Mark 6.
- Place the dippers on a lightly greased baking tray and cook for 13–15 minutes or until core temperature is reached.
- Meanwhile, transfer the BBQ sauce to 10 small sauce pots and do the same with the sweet chilli sauce.
- Combine all of the ingredients for the garlic and herb dip in a small bowl then transfer to 10 small sauce pots.
- To assemble, place 5 dippers into a box along with a pot of BBQ, sweet chilli, and garlic and herb dips.
Tip - If preferred, one or two dips can be served rather than all three.
